1. Booking & Availability
What is your availability?
I keep the scheduling calendar on this site up to date. When you book, it shows available dates and times in your time zone. I typically add new dates once or twice a month or sooner if the calendar fills
Do you have a cancellation waitlist?
No. Cancellations are very rare. If you want an earlier slot, check the booking page periodically for openings.
How do I reschedule?
Use the reschedule button in your confirmation email to change your appointment online as long as it’s at least 24 hours before the session. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice is not allowed.
Can you do emergency readings?
No. I’m unable to accept emergency or last‑minute reading requests.
2. Session Format (Zoom, phone, in-person)
Do you offer 1:1 readings by phone or in-person?
I do not offer individual in‑person or phone 1:1 readings. I work with clients internationally, and Zoom is the most reliable and cost‑effective way to connect. Zoom sessions are as effective as in‑person or phone readings. If you prefer no video, we can keep our cameras off so it feels like a phone reading.
Do you offer group readings or events in-person?
Yes. I offer group readings for gatherings, parties, and special events both in-person or online. Please contact me via the footer contact details to discuss format, availability, and pricing.
Is Zoom free and easy to use?
Yes. Zoom works on smartphones and computers and does not require an account to join. After booking you’ll receive an email with a direct meeting link. If it’s your first time, Zoom may take a moment to load or update before joining. For a simple walkthrough on how to connect, you can click here:

3. Payments & Policies
How can I pay if I don’t have PayPal?
You do not need a PayPal account. During checkout select Pay With Debit or Credit Card to use any major card. For in‑person group events (only) I can also accept cash or Venmo.
Can I purchase a reading as a gift?
Gifting a reading is a thoughtful gesture, but please confirm the recipient is interested first. All confirmations and reminders go to the contact details entered at booking. If you book a session on someone else’s behalf or purchase a gift certificate, you — as the purchaser — are responsible for sharing the appointment details and for complying with my cancellation, rescheduling, no‑show, and refund policies. Gift certificates can be emailed or printed for convenience.
Can two people share a reading?
For the best experience, I generally recommend separate readings. I can include one additional person for an extra $20; for groups of three or more, please contact me to discuss format and pricing.
Is there an age limit for readings?
Yes. Clients must be 18 years or older.
