By engaging in services with Medium Tim Thomas, you confirm you’ve read, understood, and agreed to the following:
GENERAL TERMS
- You are responsible for your own choices and actions. By booking, you agree to release Medium Tim Thomas from any liability related to how you use the information provided.
- You must be 18 years or older to book services.
- Services are based on intuitive and spiritual practices and are not guaranteed. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
SESSION ACCESS
- A confirmation email with your video link is sent immediately after booking.
- If you do not receive it, you must contact me before your session.
- Reminder emails are a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for attending at the correct date and time.
REFUNDS
- Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a one-time courtesy full refund.
- Repeated cancellations will have the non-refundable payment processing fee deducted.
- No other circumstances qualify for a refund.
RESCHEDULING (ADVANCE REQUESTS ONLY)
- One reschedule is allowed at no cost when requested 12+ hours in advance.
- Please use the reschedule link in your confirmation email to select from my next available dates.
- Additional reschedule requests may incur a fee or be declined.
LATE ARRIVALS, LATE CHANGES & NO-SHOWS
- Your session begins at the scheduled time. Late arrivals up to 10 minutes shorten your session.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice, canceling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or requesting to reschedule with less than 12 hours’ notice is considered a late change/no-show.
LATE CHANGES AND NO-SHOWS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR COMPLIMENTARY RESCHEDULING. ONLY UNEXPECTED, UNAVOIDABLE EMERGENCIES MAY BE CONSIDERED FOR A ONE-TIME COURTESY REBOOK AT MY DISCRETION. THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED.
