Effective Date: September 20, 2026. Applies to all bookings made on or after this date.

⚡ At-A-Glance Summary

  • 1-on-1 Sessions: Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice are refunded minus a $10 fee. One-time reschedule free with 24+ hours’ notice. Anything under 24 hours is non-refundable.
  • Classes & Series: All registrations are final sale and strictly non-refundable unless all spots sell out at full price. They are live-only (not recorded) unless otherwise specified.
  • Zoom Links: You are responsible for ensuring you have your Zoom link prior to your scheduled time.

Part 1: General Terms, Zoom Access & Disclaimers

  • Zoom Access: A confirmation email containing your Zoom link is generated and sent immediately upon booking. If you do not receive it, you are responsible for contacting Tim prior to your scheduled session time.
  • Technology Issues: You are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and the equipment needed to participate in your session or class. If a technical issue on Tim’s end prevents a session from taking place, Tim will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund.
  • Reminders: Email and text reminders are provided as a courtesy only. You are solely responsible for keeping track of your appointment date and time.
  • Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to book or participate in services.
  • Nature of Service & Liability: Services are based on intuitive and spiritual practices and are provided strictly for personal self-reflection and exploration. They do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. You retain sole responsibility for your choices and actions.

Part 2: Private Sessions (Readings & Coaching)

Cancellations, Reschedules & Refunds

  • Client Cancellations (24+ Hours Notice): You may cancel your session using the self-service links in your confirmation email. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method, minus a $10 processing fee.
  • Reschedules (24+ Hours Notice): You may reschedule your appointment one time at no additional charge, provided changes are submitted at least 24 hours prior to your start time.
  • Changes Under 24 Hours Notice: Within 24 hours of your start time, cancellations, schedule changes, and reschedules are strictly not permitted. Late cancellations are non-refundable.
  • If Tim Needs to Cancel: In the rare event that Tim must cancel your reading or coaching session, you will receive your choice of a 100% full refund or priority rescheduling for another available appointment.

Attendance & Late Arrivals

  • Tardiness & No-Shows: Please plan to join on time. If you arrive late but within the 10-minute grace period, your session will be shortened accordingly and will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late or missed appointments are treated as no-shows and are non-refundable.

Session Recordings

  • You may request a recording in advance through the booking form. Recordings are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. If provided, they are strictly for your private, personal use and may not be shared, posted, or publicly distributed. Technical issues or failure to provide a recording do not qualify for a refund or rescheduled session.

Part 3: Classes, Workshops & Multi-Week Series

⚠️ High-Commitment Attendance Policy: Classes, workshops, and multi-week series depend on minimum registration thresholds to run and usually rely on consistent attendance for real-time partner practice and breakout rooms. Cancellations affect class viability as well as the learning experience of remaining participants.

Cancellations, Reschedules & Refunds

  • Final Sale Policy: Registrations are non-refundable once booked.
  • Resold Spot Exception: If an event sells out and your canceled spot is filled in advance by a paid participant, a refund (minus a $10 fee to recover non-refundable payment processing fees) will be issued.
    • Note: A “Sold Out” designation on this website or event listing means the class is full, but it does not necessarily mean your open spot was sold. Spots may be donated to reach class minimums or to balance practice numbers.

Attendance & Live-Only Format

  • Missed Sessions & Partial Credit: Missed classes within a multi-week series cannot be refunded, pro-rated, made up, or credited toward future classes or sessions. Attendance during scheduled live times is the sole responsibility of the participant.
  • Partial Attendance & Schedule Conflicts: Participants who know in advance that they will miss a scheduled session are asked to contact Tim prior to registration to determine whether enrollment is appropriate.
  • Live-Only Format (No Class Recordings): To protect participant privacy and maintain a safe, comfortable environment for real-time practice, classes and series are live-only and are not recorded unless explicitly noted in the event description.

Class Materials

  • Class materials are provided for the personal use of registered participants and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or publicly posted without Tim’s permission.

If Tim Needs to Cancel

  • Full Cancellations: If an event is canceled in full prior to starting, participants receive a 100% full refund.
  • Partial Cancellations: If an individual class in a series must be canceled by Tim, a makeup date will be scheduled or a pro-rated refund issued for that single session.
