Terms of Service
By engaging in any service from Medium Tim Thomas, you hereby acknowledge that you fully read, understand, and agree to all the following terms and conditions:
- You claim full responsibility for your own actions regardless of the content of any services provided and hereby waive and release Medium Tim Thomas of any and all liability/responsibility, claims, damages, losses or expenses of any kind relating to services provided.
- You must 18 years of age or older to engage in any services.
- Nothing in the services provided is intended to take the place of your own free will and judgment, or the services provided by licensed professionals including, but not limited to, those in the medical, legal, financial, business and/or mental health fields.
- Readings that reference the future and outcomes are based solely on potentials, possibilities, and probabilities are subject to change and open to interpretation.
- Readings are experimental in nature and intended only for informational or entertainment purposes. There is no implicit or explicit guarantee of a specific degree of accuracy in any given reading.
Refunds, Reschedules & Cancellations
Live Readings (Telephone, Online Video Conference, etc.)
- Refunds will be given for cancellation requests only if they are made with at least 48 hours advance notice. Refunds are generally not given under other circumstances. Reschedules may be requested without penalty with at least 48 hours advance notice.
- If you are late up to 10 minutes for a session, we will continue as scheduled but ending at the scheduled time. If you are late 10 minutes or more or fail to show at all without advance notice, you will be considered a “no show” and will not receive a refund and will not be eligible for a refund.
- For sessions by phone
- It is your responsibility to provide an accurate phone number from which you can be easily reached at the appointed date & time.
- Failing to answer the call (two attempts within 10 minutes of your scheduled time) for a live reading will be considered a “no show” and your appointment will be forfeited.
- For online video / Zoom sessions
- It is your responsibility to ensure you provided an accurate e-mail address so you can receive the link for our online session.
- You should receive a confirmation e-mail within a few minutes of booking your session that includes a link to use for the video conference.
Events & Classes
- Unless otherwise specified, you will not be admitted to events or classes if you are more than 5 minutes late unless you have contacted Medium Tim Thomas in advance and received permission.
- In the event an event or class is canceled by Medium Tim Thomas, full refunds will be submitted within three business days but may take longer to reach your account depending on the funding source.
- In general, refunds are not provided for individuals who want to cancel attendance at an individual event or class. However, consideration of a refund or credit may be given at the sole discretion of Medium Tim Thomas if requested in advance.
E-Mail Readings
- Once purchased, e-mail readings are not eligible for refund.
