No. This class is meant to be experiential, and keeping it unrecorded helps everyone feel more comfortable sharing, practicing, and participating.
What if I’m nervous about reading for others?
You’re never forced to do anything. That said, most people find that once we get there, it’s fun, supportive, and surprisingly easy. And if you don’t participate, you’ll miss out on receiving a reading from someone else — which is often one of the best parts.
